About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to help expand our market presence by building robust relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, enjoys field sales, and is driven to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and builders.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and expand business.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Promote new products, offers, and marketing initiatives.
- Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.




- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Submit regular sales reports and visit updates.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in paints, decorative finishes, construction chemicals, or building materials.
- Fresh graduates with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Ability to travel within Faridabad, NCR, and nearby markets.
- A valid two-wheeler and driving licence are beneficial for this field-based role.
