The role: Social Media Executive (full-time, remote)

You run social media for a handful of clients from start to finish. Strategy, content planning, briefing the designer, publishing, ads, reporting, all of it. You're not here to just schedule posts. You decide what goes out and why, and you own how the account does.

What your days look like
- Building monthly content calendars that actually tie back to what the client wants.
- Turning ideas into transparent briefs for designers and editors, so what comes back matches what was in your head.
- Writing copy that sounds like the brand and not like every other page on the feed.
- Publishing, replying to comments and DMs, keeping the community warm.
- Running Meta ads. You don't need to be a pro, but you should be able to set one up, run it,



and read what it's telling you.
- Watching the numbers and changing the plan when they tell you to.

What we're looking for in you
- A real creative brain. You bring ideas and a point of view, not just clean execution.
- A way of thinking that starts with the goal, not the post.
- The ability to brief a designer so well that the work comes back right the first time.
- Comfort reading analytics and making calls from what you see.
- Someone who can run their own day without being chased.
- One to three years doing social for brands, agencies, or your own projects.
