The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for building high-quality talent pipelines to support hiring across APAC. This role will proactively identify and engage niche technical and commercial talent across multiple markets, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for critical business roles. This position plays an important role in strengthening Talent Acquisition outcomes by accelerating time-to-fill, improving candidate quality, and enabling recruiters to focus on stakeholder engagement and hiring decisions.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing Pipeline Development
- Partner closely with TA Partners across APAC to understand hiring plans, role requirements, and priority positions.
- Develop targeted talent pipelines for roles including:
- Construction Supervisors
- Installation Maintenance Mechanics
- Estimation Engineers
- Sales Engineers and Sales Representatives
- Project Engineers and other field-based technical roles
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Avature, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and proactive market mapping.
- Build and maintain robust pipelines aligned with business demand and market trends.
Candidate Engagement
- Maintain consistent candidate engagement to improve experience and reduce drop-offs.
- Support stronger offer acceptance through effective communication and relationship management.
Market Intelligence Insights
- Provide insights on talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and hiring challenges across APAC markets.
- Contribute to hiring forecasts, pipeline tracking, and demand planning activities.
Collaboration Process Excellence
- Work closely with TA Partners to align sourcing strategy with business priorities.
- Present curated and qualified candidate shortlists to support efficient hiring deci
