Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Growth Specialist to drive partnerships, employer outreach, student acquisition, and community growth. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building relationships, organizing events, and creating opportunities for students and professionals.

The Growth Specialist will play a key role in expanding Foundarly's employer network by connecting with HR professionals, bringing placement opportunities, supporting recruitment initiatives, and driving participation in Foundarly's events and programs.

Key Responsibilities




- Conduct LinkedIn outreach to connect with HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders.
- Build and maintain relationships with companies to generate placement and internship opportunities for students.
- Coordinate with employers regarding hiring drives, recruitment campaigns, and Job Expo participation.
- Drive student acquisition by engaging colleges, universities, training institutes, and student communities.
- Promote Foundarly's programs, workshops, bootcamps, and community initiatives to increase registrations and participation.
- Represent Foundarly at networking events, job fairs, workshops, seminars, and community activities.
- Assist in planning and executing Foundarly's offline and online events.
