Role Summary

We are seeking a motivated Brand Executive to support the development and execution of marketing strategies. The role requires a solid scientific foundation combined with marketing acumen to drive brand growth, enhance market presence, and support commercial objectives. The candidate will work closely with Sales and Cross-functional teams to build impactful brand initiatives and ensure effective market execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the creation and execution of brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

•Assist in developing annual marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans for assigned products/therapy areas.





•Create and manage scientifically accurate promotional materials including visual aids, digital content, product presentations, and campaign assets.

•Analyze prescription trends, sales performance, market share, competitor activity, and market intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

•Partner with field teams to gather customer insights and market feedback from healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.

•Support product launches, lifecycle management, and portfolio optimization initiatives.

•Coordinate with Sales, Training, Supply Chain, and External Agencies for seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

•Assist in preparing brand forecasts, marketing budgets, and ROI analysis for promotional activities.

•Conduct field visits and accompany sales teams to understand customer behavior and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
