We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build solid client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, referrals, networking, email outreach, and other business development channels.





* Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.

* Present Codepillars’ services and technology solutions to prospective clients.

* Conduct client meetings, discovery calls, and product/service presentations.

* Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.

* Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities.

* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

* Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM or tracking tools.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and effective communication throughout the sales cycle.

* Coordinate with the technical team to understand project scope and client requirements.

* Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.

* Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

* Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, Software Sales, or a similar role.
