We are looking for "Design Engineer" in our manufacturing plant at Ranjangaon,Pune.

Role & responsibilities-

Led development and testing projects for diverse clients, delivering high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

Designed comprehensive lithium ion battery & battery pack design, charger & UPS & AutoCAD for four-wheeler & two-wheeler batteries.

Collaborated with cross-functional teams to innovate new battery models and refine existing ones.

Implemented engineering changes on products and drawings as per customer requirements, ensuring precision and client satisfaction.

Developed and maintained a detailed engineering change request (ECR) log, enhancing traceability and documentation.

Defined specifications for 2 &4-wheeler batteries, considering factors such as capacity, voltage, and cycle life.

Conducted feasibility studies for proposed designs, ensuring practical and efficient solutions.





Prepared and maintained comprehensive documentation related to product development, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Ensured compliance with environmental regulations related to lead-acid & lithium-ion batteries.

Managed the development process from concept to implementation.

Analyzed data and reports to guide future research directions.

Collaborated with cross-functional departments to align R&D; activities with company goals.

Tested prototypes and standard products, documenting results in detailed reports

Preferred candidate profile-

Candidates should be well versed with CAD tools-Auto Cad, Electronics, Lithium-Ion
