We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Lead Solution Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade software products. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, contemporary web development, AI-assisted software development, and enterprise application design with focus on .NET Core, Angular & SQL Server.

This role requires a balance of architecture, hands-on development, technical leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise application architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the software development lifecycle from solution design to production deployment. Drive technical strategy and influence product direction.
- Hands-on development using C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Core, Web API, Angular, SQL Server, and related technologies.
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, coding standards,



design patterns, and architectural best practices.
- Build Proof of Concepts (PoCs), technical spikes, prototypes, and research initiatives to evaluate emerging technologies.
- Promote AI-assisted software development using tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Cursor or equivalent enterprise AI platforms.
- Evaluate and implement Generative AI use cases including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and Model Context Protocol (MCP) where applicable.
- Design Microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
- Lead architecture discussions and collaborate with Enterprise Architects to ensure alignment with organizational architecture standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, and Developers to deliver business value.
