- Preparation and conduct of regular teaching
- Supervise and train students in various clinical areas
- Improve the communication and interaction skills of the students
- Include newer teaching methodologies
- Prepare students as lifelong learners
- Working proactively to enhance and enrich existing modules and programmes;
- Contribute in the preparation and development of programmes
- Personally conduct and supervise students for project works;
- Adapt oneself to the various emergencies and needs of the society
- Prepare the student to be a positive Mental Health Nurse
