Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support for network infrastructure, including L2 devices, SDWAN, WiFi networks, and WAN connectivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues using tools like ZScaler and firewall configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of outages and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences.
- Develop documentation on troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles for internal use.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry as a Network Support Engineer.
- Robust understanding of network security best practices, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems (IDS).
- Experience with L2 device management such as routers, switches, and access points.
- Knowledge of SDWAN architecture design principles.
