Job Purpose:
The job purpose of a Shift Incharge - Preventive Maintenance is to develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, monitor system performance, lead maintenance teams, ensure compliance with industry standards,



and manage maintenance budgets to ensure optimal performance and longevity of solar cell systems.

Responsibilities
Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for all clusters and tools to enhance performance and reliability, and to reduce unexpected breakdowns.

Predictive Maintenance
- Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies for all clusters and tools to predict the upcoming failure and plan in preventive maintenance Plan.

Tool Management And Coordination
- Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness of all tools across clusters, coordinating with teams to ensure tools are functioning within specifications.

Cross-Cluster Integration
- Ensure seamless coordination between different clusters and maintenance teams, facilitating effective communication and integration of maintenance efforts across all areas.
