Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, Photoshop, and 3ds Max.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences for commercial projects like hotels, hospitals, residential buildings, and commercial spaces.
- Create detailed drawings and renderings for various project types including interior design elements like furniture layouts and fixture placement plans.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Prepare presentation materials like boards and models to effectively communicate design concepts to stakeholders.
