Role Description
The Billing Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end billing process, including the preparation, verification, and timely issuance of invoices for multiple service lines. The Billing Supervisor will monitor revenue cycle activities, track payments, reconcile accounts,



and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with operations and finance teams. Day-to-day tasks include supervising billing staff, assigning workloads, reviewing billing documentation for accuracy, and implementing process improvements to reduce errors and delays. The role also involves preparing regular billing and revenue reports, maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, and responding to client queries regarding invoices and payment status.
