Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, tracking defects, and ensuring timely sign-off from stakeholders.
Drive basic change management activities by supporting communication plans, user readiness, training documentation, and adoption tracking post go-live.
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess effectiveness, capture lessons learned, and recommend optimization or control improvements.
Create, maintain, and standardize SOPs, process notes, and control documentation to ensure process consistency, compliance, and audit readiness.
