Key Responsibilities

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Track stock levels across marketplaces.

• Update inventory regularly to prevent stock-outs and overselling.

• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams.

• Maintain inventory records and reports.

ORDER PROCESSING

• Monitor daily orders and shipment status.

• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

• Coordinate with courier partners regarding shipment issues.

• Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and RTO orders.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT & ACCOUNT HEALTH

• Respond to customer queries and marketplace tickets.

• Maintain seller ratings and customer satisfaction.

• Monitor account health metrics and policy notifications.

• Coordinate with marketplace support teams whenever required.

REPORTING & COORDINATION

• Maintain daily sales and inventory reports.

• Prepare weekly performance updates.

• Use Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.

• Support management with operational insights and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications
BBA, B.Com, BCA, BMS, MBA (Marketing), Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship, Digital Marketing Certification holders. Freshers with relevant internships, certifications, freelance projects, personal brands, YouTube channels, social media pages, or portfolio work are encouraged to apply.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with internships, certifications, academic projects, freelance work, or practical exposure to ecommerce marketplaces will be preferred.

• Familiarity with Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or ecommerce marketplace operations will be an advantage.
