Role Description
The Senior Property Accountant – US role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India.



The individual in this role will manage end-to-end property and portfolio accounting for US real estate clients, including preparation and review of journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial statements, performing bank and account reconciliations, supporting CAM and tenant accounting, and ensuring compliance with client-specific policies and reporting requirements. The Senior Property Accountant will collaborate closely with internal reviewers and client teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, support budgeting and NOI analysis, and respond to accounting inquiries. The role also involves improving processes, maintaining structured workflows, and leveraging real estate accounting systems to support multi-entity portfolios.
