Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Engineering & Process Knowledge of casting machining.
- Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T;, and customer specifications.
- Develop, optimize, and validate the CMM programs for new and existing products.
- Handling the Zeiss, Accurate CMM.
- Conduct dimensional analysis and support root cause analysis for quality issues.
- Prepare inspection reports, capability studies, and PPAP documentation.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer-specific requirements.
- Support internal, customer, and certification audits
- Perform first-off, in-process, final, and layout inspections.

Required Knowledge & Skills:
- Solid knowledge of CMM programming and operation.




- Proficient in engineering drawing reading and GD&T; interpretation.
- Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics and customer-specific requirements.
- Good understanding of machining processes such as CNC turning, milling, drilling, tapping, boring, and surface finishing.
- Knowledge of inspection methods, gauges, and measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and CMM.
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, and 8D problem-solving.
