Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager – Sales (IPC - Residential Mandate), you will focus exclusively on driving high-value residential sales for exclusive mandate projects in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for managing prospective premium buyers, converting high-intent leads, executing site inspections, and closing transactions to meet developer targets.



This role demands an aggressive sales professional with exceptional closing skills and a deep understanding of premium residential micro-markets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Mandate Sales Execution: Drive the sales velocity of exclusively signed residential projects (luxury apartments, villas, and premium gated communities) to achieve assigned revenue targets.
- Lead Conversion & Closure: Nurture high-intent leads provided by internal marketing/CRM teams and actively source client referrals to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Site Presentations: Conduct highly qualified, consultative site visits, walk-throughs, and project presentations tailored to prospective buyers and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
- Negotiation & Finalization: Manage end-to-end buyer negotiations, structure payment schedules, and align commercial terms in accordance with developer policies to finalize deal closures.
