Role Description

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full-time,
on-site leadership role based in Abroad
, responsible for defining and executing the technology vision that supports Esse India’s immigration and visa consulting services. The CTO will oversee software and product development initiatives, ensuring that internal platforms, tools, and client-facing systems are secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technology teams, setting architectural standards, managing IT projects, and coordinating with senior leadership to ensure technology strategy supports operational efficiency and client experience. The role also involves evaluating emerging technologies, optimizing digital workflows, and ensuring compliance with relevant data protection and industry regulations. The CTO will be expected to foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and collaboration across technology and business functions.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development,



with experience building and maintaining secure, scalable applications and platforms.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including designing technology roadmaps and system architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver multiple technology initiatives on time and within budget.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology teams, mentoring staff, and promoting best practices in engineering and IT operations.
- Knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance standards relevant to qualified services and immigration consulting.
- Proven ability to collaborate with executive leadership, translate business needs into technology solutions, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
