Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales Trainer with a strong FMCG background to design, develop, and deliver training programs for field sales teams across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in training sales representatives, distributor sales teams, and frontline employees while driving capability development and improving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify training needs through discussions with Business Heads, HR, and Sales Managers.
- Design and develop training modules, presentations, manuals, and learning content.
- Deliver classroom and on-the-job training for field sales teams, including induction and refresher programs.
- Conduct training on sales processes, distributor management, market execution, Bizom, Office Net, MS Excel, and other business applications.
- Prepare and execute monthly and quarterly training calendars.




- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement metrics.
- Maintain training records, attendance, reports, and learning documentation.
- Conduct induction programs for new employees covering company policies, culture, systems, and business processes.
- Coordinate with HR and departmental heads to ensure timely completion of induction programs.
- Travel extensively across India (15–20 days per month) to conduct field and classroom training.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA in Sales, Marketing, HR, or related discipline.
- 3–8 years of experience as a Sales Trainer in the FMCG industry (Mandatory).
- Experience in training field sales teams, distributor sales representatives, promoters, or frontline sales employees.
