Role Description
The Telecaller at Sinha DigiTECH will handle outbound and inbound calls to promote services, respond to inquiries, and support lead generation efforts. This full-time, on-site role in Delhi, India involves explaining digital marketing offerings, qualifying prospects, and updating call records in the CRM or other tracking systems. The Telecaller will follow call scripts, manage follow-ups,



and coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth conversion of leads. Additional responsibilities include maintaining skilled communication, resolving basic concerns, and providing feedback from customers to help improve campaigns and service quality.
