About The Role
We are seeking a energetic and seasoned professional to lead our Ecommerce Delivery Practice, driving excellence in ecommerce solutioning, implementation, operations, and delivery governance across all client engagements. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong technical depth, delivery leadership, stakeholder management, and a proven track record of scaling ecommerce practices in a fast paced digital or media ecosystem.

The Head of Ecommerce Delivery Practice will own the practice vision, capability roadmap, delivery health, quality benchmarks, and P&L; oversight, ensuring our clients receive market-leading ecommerce execution and measurable business impact.
- Practice Leadership & Strategy
- Define and own the ecommerce delivery practice roadmap, operating model, and capability development strategy.
- Build and scale cross-functional competencies including ecommerce operations, performance commerce, tech implementation, commerce media, and omnichannel enablement.
- Evaluate emerging trends, platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce,



WooCommerce), and martech/advertising technologies to continuously strengthen practice offerings.
- Delivery Governance & Excellence
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of ecommerce programs across clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality execution.
- Establish and enforce delivery frameworks, QA processes, sprint governance, risk management practices, and SLAs.
- Provide escalation leadership and ensure swift resolution of delivery bottlenecks.
- Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the senior delivery owner for key enterprise ecommerce clients.
- Partner with Business Leads, Client Partners, Media teams, Creative, Performance Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to deliver integrated commerce solutions.
