We are currently seeking a passionate, knowledgeable, and experienced qualified to join our academic team as a Lead Trainer – ESG, GHG Accounting & Sustainability.

Session Duration:
Approximately 100 minutes per session

Compensation

*
₹1,000 – ₹2,000 per session

* Compensation will be paid on a per-session (day) basis

* Additional remuneration may be offered for corporate training programmes, curriculum development, webinars, workshops,



and special academic projects based on performance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality online training sessions on ESG, Sustainability, GHG Accounting, Carbon Footprint, Climate Change, and Corporate Sustainability.

* Train learners on Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Accounting, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.

* Deliver practical training on Carbon Footprint Assessment and GHG inventory preparation.

* Explain ESG concepts using practical examples, case studies, and real-world business applications.

* Deliver training on international ESG reporting frameworks and disclosure standards, including:

* GRI Standards

* ISSB Sustainability Standards

* SASB Standards

* TCFD Recommendations

* CSRD

* CDP

* BRSR

* Integrated Reporting

* Guide learners in preparing Sustainability Reports and ESG Reports.
