Role Description

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) role at Volody is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The SDR will focus on identifying and qualifying potential customers through inside sales activities,



including cold calling, emailing, and social outreach. Daily responsibilities include generating and nurturing leads, scheduling discovery meetings for the sales team, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating closely with business development and marketing teams to execute outbound campaigns, follow up on inbound inquiries, and provide feedback on market trends. The SDR will also be expected to present Volody’s CLM solutions clearly, handle initial objections, and support the sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- Strong inside sales and lead generation skills, with experience prospecting and qualifying opportunities.
- Proficiency in sales and business development, including managing pipelines and supporting deal progression.
