Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Banking, and General Ledger accounting.

Ensure timely closure of books of accounts and maintain Purchase Register, Sales Register, Journal Entries, and Bank Entries.

Prepare and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other management reports.

Handle taxation and statutory compliance, including GST, TDS, TCS, Qualified Tax, and Income Tax related matters.

Prepare and file GST returns, including GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, and support GSTR-9 reconciliation and GST audit.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of TDS/TCS returns, maintain related reconciliations, and coordinate issuance of Form 16 to employees.

Generate and manage LUT, E-Invoices, and E-Way Bills in compliance with applicable regulations.

Handle departmental assessments and notices related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Manage banking operations, including domestic and import payments, Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS),



and coordination for bank audits and Cash Credit (CC) facilities.

Monitor working capital and cash flow, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Analyze financial performance and recommend improvements for cost control, margin enhancement, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and the Company Secretary for statutory audits, due diligence, and ROC filings such as DIR-12, CHG-1, AOC-4, and MGT-7.

Work closely with Management and the Leadership Team to support financial control, business operations, and strategic decision-making.

Maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Utilize Tally ERP / Tally Prime and MS Office effectively for accounting, reporting, and data management.
