, and we’re looking for talented professionals
across levels (Senior Associate / Manager/ Senior Manager / Director)
to join our dynamic teams across Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore .

*Ideal Candidates*
- Experience Range by Level:
- Senior Associate: 4–7 yrs | Manager: 7–10 yrs | Senior Manager: 10–14 yrs | Director: 14–19 yrs
- Finance process transformation across
R2R, O2C, P2P, FP&A;
- Exposure to
domestic clients
and/or
Global Capability Centre (GCC) clients
- Strong client‑facing, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Experience in design and implementing:
- Operating models
for Finance
- Digital finance initiatives
- Business process reengineering
- Product costing, finance insights, and management reporting

*Technical knowhow (preferrable)*
- Functional understanding or implementation experience in SAP,



Oracle or other ERPs across Financials, P2P, O2C, GL, and Costing
- Ability to leverage Data & analytics tools such as Power BI, Tablueau, etc. to drive business insights
- Experience in Enterprise Performance Management tools such as Workday Adaptive, Hyperion, Anaplan, OneStream
- A working knowledge of Close and Compliance tools like Blackline and Workiva would be an advantage

*Educational Background*
- CA, CMA, CFA, CIMA, ICWA
*(preferred)*
- MBA / PGDM in
Finance / Accounting / Management
from reputed institutions
- Graduates in
Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences
