Role & responsibilities
- Design and develop boilers, air preheaters, economisers, pressure parts, boiler components, heat exchangers, and other industrial products from concept to manufacturing.
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) activities, including concept generation, design validation, prototyping, and product optimization.
- Prepare detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, GA drawings, assembly drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform engineering design calculations, material selection, and technical analysis.
- Develop cutting-edge, cost-effective, and manufacturing-friendly product designs.
- Coordinate with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless product development and manufacturability.
- Support product testing, validation, and continuous design improvements.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable engineering standards, codes, and customer requirements.
