Job Description
Frill Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, lead generation, customer acquisition, and relationship management. Candidates from FMCG, cosmetics, hotel amenities, hospitality supplies, or manufacturing industries will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, networking, and references.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.




Coordinate with Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for timely order execution.
Resolve customer queries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly MIS reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify current business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
4 years of experience in B2B Sales, FMCG, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, or Hospitality industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong customer handling and follow-up skills.
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
Valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike preferred.
