Role Description
The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dibrugarh East, responsible for driving credit card sales and portfolio growth within the assigned territory. This role includes managing and motivating a field sales team, setting and tracking sales targets, and ensuring consistent achievement of business objectives. The Area Sales Manager will build and maintain relationships with channel partners, corporate clients,



and local stakeholders, while identifying new business opportunities and market segments. Daily responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, analyzing market trends, ensuring compliance with company policies, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, supporting product initiatives, and delivering a high-quality customer experience in line with SBI Card’s service standards.

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, with demonstrated experience in meeting and exceeding targets in financial services or related industries.
- Team leadership and people management capabilities, including coaching, performance monitoring, and motivating field sales staff.
