We are looking for Solution Consultant - Regional Head role with good experience in Automation Sales, Understanding Customers requirements as well as manage with the system integrator. This Opportunity for a reputed Organization based at Chennai Location.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical)
Experience: 10 to 20 years of experience, preferably in Factory Automation.

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Engineer responsible for managing Automation Business Sales and expanding the System Integrator network. This role focuses on understanding customer needs, providing the right techno-commercial offer, negotiation, booking orders, project execution within timelines, and exceeding business expectations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Factory/Process Automation Solution business sales of INR 15 Crores from Southern India by providing Techno-Commercial Offers to customers while maintaining company-fixed margins.
2.



Identify the right System Integrators as per company norms for different applications and appoint System Integrators.
3. Upon receipt of customer orders, prepare techno-commercial offers, plan project timelines, ensure timely execution, and coordinate closely with customers and System Integrators.
4. Candidates should have experience in Factory Automation, strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh to meet customers and support business development.

Required Competencies
- Valuable knowledge of Robots, Cobots, PLCs, Servers, HMI, Electromechanical Devices, Hydraulic Systems, Material Handling Systems, Pneumatics, Various Communication Modules, Design & Simulation Software, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.
