ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and growth-driven
Head of Marketing
to lead ResuNex's end-to-end marketing function.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.



You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate high-quality leads, improve customer acquisition, and accelerate business growth.

You'll work closely with the founders, sales, product, and operations teams to shape the company's go-to-market strategy while building a high-performing marketing team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGIC MARKETING LEADERSHIP
- Develop and execute ResuNex's overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build long-term brand positioning and category leadership in the career services industry.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth channels.
- Define annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps with measurable KPIs.

BRAND BUILDING & POSITIONING
- Own and strengthen the ResuNex brand across all customer touchpoints.
- Ensure consistent messaging, visual identity, and communication.
