The Employee Listening & Research team sits within the broader People Analytics function and partners with leaders across multiple global brands to inform people-related strategy through employee feedback, workforce insights, and research programs.
As the team continues to scale, we are investing in stronger research operations, survey delivery processes, and platform management to enable researchers to focus on insight generation while ensuring operational excellence across our employee listening ecosystem.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and operationally focused
Research Operations Specialist
to own the administration, coordination, and delivery of employee listening and research programs across multiple brands.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing systems, processes, stakeholders, and operational workflows. While you will work closely with researchers and People Analytics partners,
this is primarily an
operations and program delivery role
, not a research execution or analytics position.
You will serve as the primary administrator for Microsoft Glint, support large-scale employee survey programs, manage vendor relationships, and help establish scalable research operations processes that improve efficiency and consistency across the function.
The role is approximately:
- 80% Operations & Administration
- 20% Process Improvement & Innovation
Must have Hands-on experience with survey and feedback platforms such as Glint, Qualtrics, Medallia, or similar tools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are particularly interested in candidates who:
- Have Research Operations or Survey Operations experience.
- Have administered Microsoft Glint or similar survey platforms.
- Enjoy operational ownership and process management.
- Bring solid project management and stakeholder coordination capabil
