We are looking for an experienced
iBMS Engineer
with hands-on expertise in Building Management Systems (BMS/iBMS) and Building Automation Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare
technical quotations
,
techno-commercial proposals
, and
technical submittals
.
- Develop
Single Line Diagrams (SLDs)
, design drawings, and shop drawings using AutoCAD.
- Understand and implement complete
iBMS control system functionality
.
- Review project specifications and prepare engineering documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
- Support project execution, testing, and commissioning activities.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in
iBMS/BMS
projects.
- Strong knowledge of
HVAC Controls,
Building Automation Systems (BAS), PLC/DDC Controllers, and ELV Systems
.
- Experience with any of the following platforms is preferred:
- Sauter
- Delta Controls
- Automated Logic
- Johnson Controls (JCI)
- Siemens
- Schneider Electric
- Or other leading BMS/iBMS platforms.
- Proficiency in
AutoCAD
, technical submittals, quotations, and SLD preparation.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in
Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechanical Engineering
, or a related discipline.
