Job Summary

As an Azure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Azure cloud environments within a managed service framework. Your role will involve resolving incidents, managing changes, and ensuring the reliability and security of cloud-based infrastructure. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service in line with ITIL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Azure Setting Support:
- Provide day-to-day support for Azure cloud environments, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Manage Azure resources such as virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services.

Managed Service Support:
- Deliver technical support in a managed service environment, addressing incidents, service requests, and problems within defined SLAs.
- Perform routine tasks such as patch management, updates, and security monitoring to maintain system health.

ITIL Process Adherence:




- Adhere to ITIL principles in the management of incidents, problems, changes, and service requests related to Azure environments.
- Participate in change management processes, ensuring proper risk assessment, planning, and execution of changes.

Security and Compliance:
- Implement and maintain security controls to protect Azure environments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client-specific policies.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Client Interaction and Collaboration:
- Work closely with clients to understand their cloud support needs, provide recommendations, and ensure systems meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including network, security, and development teams, to provide integrated support solutions.

Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Azure configurations, inciden
