We are expanding our Inbound Tourism Division and are looking for an experienced professional with strong international exposure to develop business from overseas markets and position Southern Travels as a preferred Destination Management Company (DMC) for India. Preference will be given to candidates who have represented their organization at
international travel fairs and tourism exhibitions
, enabling them to build strong global partnerships and promote India as a preferred destination.

Key Responsibilities

· Participation in Travel Fairs & Exhibitions (The candidate should have an existing network of international buyers developed through these events.)

Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with specialization in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or related disciplines.
- 8-12 years of experience in Inbound Tourism with reputed Destination Management Companies (DMCs).
- Excellent understanding of international inbound travel markets.
- Proven track record of generating business from overseas partners.
- Solid global network of tour operators, travel agents, and wholesalers.
- Experience in luxury travel, FITs, Groups, MICE, and customized itineraries.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within India and overseas.
