Role

The Key Donor Relations Officer will manage relationships with mid to high-value donors, supporting engagement strategies and ensuring smooth, professional communication. This role calls for strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with key donors through regular communication
- Help plan and run donor engagement activities and events
- Keep donor databases and records accurate and up to date
- Prepare donor reports and updates
- Support fundraising initiatives and campaigns as needed




- Track donor commitments and follow up on time
- Maintain high standards of donor care and satisfaction

Requirements
- Postgraduate degree required; candidates with a science background are preferred
- At least 1 year of professional work experience in any field; experience in donor relations, fundraising, communications, or customer relationship roles is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Robust interpersonal skills with a donor-centric approach
- High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
