Job Description
As a Senior Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in our S4 HANA Technical - Delivery department, driving the success of our SAP projects. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your extensive knowledge of SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA technologies to deliver innovative solutions. Working closely with functional and business teams, you will ensure the seamless execution of end-to-end SAP implementations, enhancements, migrations, and support projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project team, including functional and business stakeholders.
- Design and develop SAP ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business processes and translate them into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during the implementation phase.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance project outcomes.
- Document and maintain project artifacts, ensuring knowledge transfer and knowledge retention.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing technical expertise and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP development and S/4HANA implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ABAP programming, including OOPs concepts, performance tuning, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA technologies, including Fiori, CDS Views, and SAPUI5.
- Solid understanding of SAP implementation methodologies and project management principles.
