We are looking for a candidate with experience in retail, mall management, or admin & facility background, preferably with exposure to facility management.

Technical qualification is mandatory (B.Tech / B.E / Diploma – Experience : 2 years minimum ).

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of store operations with focus on maintenance, housekeeping, security, and administrative support.

Maintenance & Facility Upkeep
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, fixtures, and building infrastructure.
- Monitor civil, electrical, and facility maintenance activities.
- Ensure proper upkeep of store fixtures and asset documentation.
- Manage spares, repairs, and equipment servicing schedules.

Energy & Cost Optimization
- Monit or and optimize energy consumption.
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives.

Administration & Vendor Management
- Liaise with fire department, RTO, labour, and other government bodies.
- Handle vendor negotiations, quotations, purchase orders, and contract closures.




- Manage procurement of non-trading items and maintain fixed asset records.
- Oversee renewal of contracts, licenses, and statutory approvals.
- Improve operational efficiency of equipment and utilities.
- Coordinate and ensure timely closure of equipment AMC renewal and ensure invoice closure as per defined SOP.

Operations Management
- Ensure smooth functioning of housekeeping, security, and reception activities.
- Schedule housekeeping and security staff in coordination with agency supervisors.
- Monitor adherence to checklists and operational standards.
- Ensure store surveillance and secure custody of keys.
- Manage incidents like shoplifting as per defined SOPs.

Training & Compliance
- Conduct training for housekeeping and security staff on conduct and safety protocols.
- Train security staff on theft prevention and handling procedures.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to safety, fire, labour, and oth
