Role Description
The Cluster Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dindigul, responsible for driving business growth and sales performance across a defined cluster of branches. This role involves planning and executing sales strategies, overseeing branch-level targets, and monitoring key performance indicators to achieve portfolio growth and quality.



The Cluster Sales Manager will support and guide branch teams, conduct regular field visits, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role also includes identifying new market opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to optimize processes, customer experience, and overall operational efficiency.
