Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in media sales and digital advertising.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Performance Analysis: Utilize analytics to assess digital advertising performance metrics (CPM, CPV, CPI, CPL) and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
- Market Understanding: Leverage a deep understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including esports, live streaming, and gaming culture, to inform sales strategies and client pitches.




- Storytelling & Presentation: Create compelling presentations and pitches that resonate with clients, showcasing our offerings and value propositions.
- Strategic Thinking: Develop actionable media plans that align with client objectives, demonstrating a strategic and creative approach to sales.
- Multitasking & Adaptability: Manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 7-13 years in media sales, digital advertising, or brand partnerships, ideally within gaming, entertainment, or esports.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships.
- Industry Background: Experience with online publishers, ad networks, ad exchanges, ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, or other online advertising companies is required.
- Analytical Skills: Solid analytical skill
