Job Summary

The HR is responsible for driving the overall HR agenda across multiple logistics sites, warehouses, distribution centres, and customer locations within an assigned cluster. The role partners closely with Operations, Business Heads, and KAM to deliver business-focused HR solutions, ensure statutory compliance, strengthen employee relations, manage talent, and improve workforce productivity while maintaining consistent HR governance across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Business Partnering
- Act as the HR Business Partner for the assigned cluster.
- Partner with Operations Heads, Cluster Managers, and Site Leaders to support business growth.
- Provide strategic HR guidance on workforce planning, organization design, and productivity improvement.
- Drive people initiatives aligned with business objectives.

2. Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Prepare manpower plans based on business requirements.
- Drive timely hiring of blue-collar, white-collar, and leadership positions.
- Manage recruitment through internal TA teams, consultants, and manpower vendors.




- Monitor hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and vacancy status.

3. HR Operations
- Ensure seamless onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
- Oversee attendance, leave administration, payroll inputs, and HR documentation across all sites.
- Ensure data accuracy in HRMS.

4. Employee Engagement
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across all locations.
- Conduct town halls, reward & recognition programs, and employee connect sessions.
- Improve employee satisfaction and retention.

5. Industrial Relations & Employee Relations
- Maintain cordial industrial relations across all locations.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and misconduct cases.
- Coordinate with contract labour agencies and workforce vendors.
- Support union interactions wherever applicable.
- Ensure discipline and a positive work culture.
