Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- HR Operations & People Management: Assist in recruitment coordination, onboarding processes, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records. Provide support to ensure a positive and smooth employee experience.
- Technical Support: Be the go-to person for resolving platform-related queries and providing support to users, internal teams,



and speakers during live/on-site shooting sessions.
- Shooting Coordination: Work closely with the production team to ensure technical readiness at shoots — equipment setup, troubleshooting basics, and smooth session execution.
- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate effectively with speakers, videographers, and internal departments to maintain flawless communication and task completion.
- Compliance & Documentation: Manage necessary agreements, track documentation, and support compliance processes with accuracy and timeliness.
