Role Description –

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at SMPL Group is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial statements and reports, leading monthly and quarterly closing processes,



and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves partnering with leadership to develop long-term financial strategies, evaluate investments and business cases, and provide insights to support strategic decisions. The CFO will manage the finance team, refine systems and processes, liaise with auditors and external partners, and support board-level reporting and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications –

· Minimum
15 years of progressive experience
in corporate finance, financial management, and strategic business partnering, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, or export industry.

· Strong expertise in
financial planning and analysis (FP&A;)
, including budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and long-term financial modelling.
