We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Head of Social Media
to lead our social media vision, brand storytelling, and digital community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, culture, analytics, and audience behavior, and can build a solid social presence that drives brand awareness, student engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end planning, creation, publishing, and optimization of content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging channels.
- Build and maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the social media,



content, design, and video production teams.
- Create and execute content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, admissions, events, and brand initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Marketing, Academics, Admissions, Product to create impactful campaigns.
- Drive community engagement by managing audience interactions, responding to trends, and fostering meaningful conversations.
- Identify and leverage trending topics, industry conversations, and viral opportunities while maintaining brand relevance.
- Track, analyze, and report social media performance using data-driven insights to continuously improve content strategy.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify opportunities to strengthen brand positioning.
- Ensure all social communication aligns with brand guidelines and organizational values.
