AI Academia is looking for experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) professionals to mentor college students through hands-on, industry-focused training. This role involves delivering offline sessions, guiding real-world AI/ML projects, and helping students build practical, job-ready skills in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-person AI & Machine Learning training sessions at partner colleges.
- Teach core AI/ML concepts, machine learning algorithms, model development, data preprocessing, and real-world AI applications.
- Guide students through hands-on projects and capstone implementations.
- Provide mentorship and technical support to learners.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Support curriculum delivery and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Practical knowledge of machine learning frameworks, model development, and AI applications.
- Comfortable teaching and mentoring college students.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Experience building real-world AI/ML applications is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience.
- Passion for education and student development.
