We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented
Head of Marketing
to lead our entire marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified inbound leads, strengthening brand presence, and managing end-to-end digital marketing initiatives across organic and paid channels while leading high-performing marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
- Drive inbound lead generation through
PPC,
SEO, content, performance marketing, social media, email marketing, and website optimization.
- Lead and manage Organic Marketing, Performance Marketing (Paid), Content, Social Media, Design, and Marketing Operations teams.
- Collaborate with Sales and Business Development to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Oversee website performance, GA4, GTM, CRO, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, marketing budgets, and key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CAC, and ROI.




- Build brand visibility, thought leadership, and consistent messaging across all digital platforms.
- Mentor and develop the marketing team while establishing explicit KPIs and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, AI marketing tools, and emerging digital marketing practices.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT Services/SaaS marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing, Social Media, Email Marketing, and Marketing Analytics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of driving inbound lead generation and managing cross-functional marketing teams.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
