In-depth understanding of Azure Databricks platform, including workspaces, clusters, notebooks, jobs, and Delta Lake.

Databricks Platform Engineering

Install and configure Databricks workspace in a customer injected vnet.
- Understand metastore and relationship with databricks and region.
- Implement region‑aware data strategies and workspace configurations.
- Manage sharing across accounts and regions using delta share.
- Architect and support Databricks Serverless compute.
- Ensure ingress/egress controls, Private Link usage, and compliance.
- Working knowledge of catalog binding,



workspace isolation and network segmentation with respect to unity catalog.
- Integrate Databricks with ADLS, Key Vault, ADF, Synapse, Container Apps, and monitoring tools.

Proficiency in IaC tools for Azure, such as:

Valuable to know Azure native tools, configuring & deploying Azure resources using these native Azure IaC tools.
