Zyvarah Informatics is hiring for an exciting international client project based in Sydney, Australia. The role covers customer support, international flight operations, and backend administration in a fast paced, global environment.

✅ What You'll Do
- Handle customer emails and live chat support professionally
- Support international flight bookings, rebookings, and passenger queries
- Perform invoice verification and processing with accuracy
- Maintain and update customer records
- Coordinate with cross functional teams for timely issue resolution
- Assist with travel documentation, visa, and airline policy queries

? What We're Looking For The number one requirement:




good English communication skills.
You should be confident in both written and
spoken English since you'll be directly interacting with international customers.

Along with that, we'd love to see:
- Solid email drafting and professional chat handling
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, email platforms)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in customer support, travel or aviation, or backend operations is a plus, though not mandatory
