As we continue to expand our Digital Operations team, we are looking for an experienced Digital Asset Management (DAM) Team Lead with strong expertise in Veeva Vault PromoMats (VVPM) to lead our DAM operations supporting global pharmaceutical clients.

About the Role

As the DAM Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of Digital Asset Management professionals while ensuring the integrity, governance, organisation,



and lifecycle management of promotional and non-promotional assets within the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in regulated pharmaceutical environments, strong knowledge of metadata governance and asset workflows, and a demonstrated track record of managing teams and driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of over 20 DAM professionals.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Coach team members and promote continuous learning and development.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team culture.

Digital Asset Management
- Manage digital assets within the Veeva Vault PromoMats platform.
- Maintain metadata accuracy, taxonomy, and asset organisation.
- Ensure efficient asset retrieval through standardised tagging practices.
