We are seeking an experienced Store Manager for our API & ISO certified manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, ERP-based store management, documentation compliance, audit handling, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end store operations in a manufacturing workplace
- Handle inward & outward material transactions
- Ensure inventory accuracy and stock reconciliation
- Maintain ERP-based stock records (SAP / Oracle / ERP systems)
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management standards like API, ISO etc
- Prepare for internal, external & customer audits
- Handle customer-owned material tracking & documentation
- Prepare MIS reports and stock statements
- Ensure proper material preservation as per work instructions
- Implement FIFO / FEFO practices
- Maintain safety standards & housekeeping in stores
- Lead and manage store team
